What are blown torches used for?

A blowtorch is used for several purposes: welding certain materials, heating frozen pipes, heating parts, disassembling rusted compounds, heating coatings of paints and varnishes, etc.

One of the most popular types of blowtorches is atomizer and blowtorch. The volume of the blowtorch reservoir varies from 0.1 to 2 litres. Power is 0.5 kW – 3 kW.

When choosing a blowtorch, you need to pay attention to:

  • The volume of the tank. Gas lamps are more economical: with a tank volume of 0.022 – 0.17 litres, they last up to 90 minutes. Gasoline and kerosene spend more fuel since 1 to 2 litres are used in 50-100 minutes.
  • Type of fuel. A gas blowtorch can be used along with kerosene, gasoline lamps. The last two have high heat transfer and low cost. Gas blowtorch is easier to use. It is easier.
  • The flame level controller affects the strength of the flame and its temperature depending on the work performed (removing paints and varnishes, soldering, etc.), the flame decreases/increases.
